We're Hiring!

We are looking for a number of part-time credit controllers to join our experienced team.

The role can be home-based and is flexible to fit in with your life. All that we ask is that you work the agreed hours, put in 110% for our clients and enjoy being part of the Brightside Credit Solutions team.

What we're looking for:

* At least 3 years experience of working in Credit Control

* Outstanding attention to detail

* Accurate, organised and efficient

* Excellent communication skills

* Proficient user of Microsoft applications

* Confident user of various finance software

* Building relationships with clients and good rapport with their customers

* Professional, confident yet diplomatic when speaking to others

What will you be doing:

* Taking ownership of our clients' credit control needs

* Calling the customers to discuss payment of the clients' debt

* Setting up payment plans, where necessary

* Feeding back progress to our clients

* Dealing and delegating queries to the relevant person / department

* Producing and sending reports to clients and their customers
