I am founder and owner of Brightside Credit Solutions. I have always been involved in providing great customer service to customers and understand the need to put our clients' needs first. Credit Management has been part of my life for the past 15 years having started way back in West Wales in 2004 before moving to Cardiff, then Bristol working for a number of high profile and global law firms. I started Brightside Credit Solutions with the aim of helping other businesses to achieve an improved cash flow, improved customer engagement and bring a wealth of other benefits.
My main responsibilty is team morale. I offer purrs and cuddles throughout the day - all in exchage for two fish meals a day and some nice treats to keep me going. Although it seems that I mainly sleep during the day, I can assure you that I am a vital member of the team and can often be seen chasing the birds and mice of Wiltshire away from the offices. We are a friendly bunch and look forward to working with you soon.
